Based on the characteristics of food wastewater, a suitable wastewater treatment process plan is developed and key equipment that meets the requirements is selected.
The main components of food and beverage wastewater are residual food and water, starch, food fiber, animal fat and other organic compounds as the main components, with high nutrient composition, high moisture content, high oil and salt content, perishable fermentation odor and other characteristics. If it is collected, transported and disposed together with household garbage, it will seriously affect the city environment and residents' life, and also affect the disposal effect of household garbage. Due to its high organic content and high BOD/COD value, catering wastewater is a kind of highly concentrated organic industrial wastewater with good biochemical properties. Process Description
The sewage flows into the regulating tank through a 1-2mm grid, where the quality and quantity of incoming water are regulated; Impurities intercepted by grid deletion need to be cleaned regularly. Characteristics of mbr sewage treatment process:

The sewage first enters the anoxic zone, where it decomposes large molecular weight long chain organic matter into easily biodegradable small molecule organic matter. Then, the sewage enters the aerobic zone for organic matter biodegradation, while undergoing biological nitrification
The process is resistant to impact load, has high pollutant removal efficiency, strong nitrification ability, can carry out nitrification and denitrification at the same time, and has the function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. It is very suitable for the treatment of dispersed sewage such as laundry wastewater. The effluent can be reused or discharged directly to the standard, which can meet the needs of users for water quality.
