AT·Jin sewage treatment integrated reactor is a series of products adopting "AAO+ tubular membrane" process. After biochemical treatment, sewage enters the third generation external ceramic tubular membrane, and under certain pressure, macromolecular particles larger than 0.1 micron are trapped by the nano-pore filtration function of the membrane. The flux of tubular membrane is 3~10 times that of organic membrane, and its service life is 10 years, which is 3~5 times that of organic membrane.

DT·Jin sewage treatment integrated reactor is a series of products adopting "AAO+MBR" process. After anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic biochemical treatment, the sewage enters the built-in MBR membrane pool for membrane filtration, and the hollow fiber membrane wall is covered with micropores. Under the action of aeration, the sewage accelerates to flow outside the hollow fiber, and forms dynamic negative pressure filtration under the suction of self-priming pump, which does not block the membrane surface and can run continuously for a long time. Macromolecular particles are trapped in the micropores of the membrane, and clear water enters the membrane filaments through the micropores, and is pumped into the clear water pool by a self-priming pump.

PT·Jin sewage treatment integrated reactor, first of all, through biochemical treatment in anaerobic tank and aerobic tank, biological filler is added into aerobic tank, bacteria micelle, filamentous bacteria, etc. grow into microcolony on the filler, and finally a biofilm with a certain thickness is formed. The oxygen content inside and outside the biofilm is different, which produces nitrification and denitrification to purify sewage. The biofilm will gradually fall off after aging, and the released bacteria will form a new biofilm on the surface of the filler again, and the biochemical cycle treatment will continue. After that, chemical dephosphorization is added to the effluent, which enters the inclined tube sedimentation tank to effectively separate the mud and water.

MINI·Jin sewage treatment integrated reactor, with small equipment size, flexible layout of internal space and various shapes, is a small equipment for rural sewage treatment.

The integrated pumping station is the lifting equipment for lifting sewage, rainwater, drinking water and wastewater, which is assembled by the factory and then transported to the site for installation. With highly integrated equipment, convenient installation and prefabricated workshop, it is gradually replacing the traditional civil pump house, which is the second generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving products.

The preparation of pure water and the reuse of reclaimed water are treated by ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis processes. According to the application approaches and standard requirements, single membrane, double membrane, one-stage and multi-stage configurations are carried out, which are used in high-standard fields such as drinking water and industrial soft water.
