Tubular ceramic membrane separation principle

What determines the separation effect of the membrane is the physical structure of the membrane, the shape and size of the pores.

Ceramic membrane tube wall is densely covered with microholes, under the action of pressure, the raw material liquid flows in the membrane tube or outside the membrane, small molecular substances (or liquid) through the membrane, macromolecular substances (or solid) are trapped by the membrane, so as to achieve the purpose of separation, concentration, purification and environmental protection.

Tubular ceramic membrane fluid separation process: the raw material liquid flows at high speed in the membrane tube, and the clarified penetrant containing small molecular components passes through the membrane in the vertical direction under pressure, and the turbidized concentrated liquid containing large molecular components is trapped by the membrane, so that the fluid can achieve the purpose of separation, concentration and purification.

Cleaning requirements for ceramic membrane filters

(1) The inlet water of the pressure type ceramic membrane filter should be automatically adjusted, and it is appropriate to use a pump or regulating valve controlled by frequency conversion.

(2) Ceramic membrane components should be equipped with chemical cleaning and special backwash pumps. Backwashing water should be produced by ceramic membrane filter, and fresh water should be used for chemical cleaning. Chemical cleaning can improve membrane flux and is an effective method for membrane flux recovery and regeneration.

(3) The choice of chemical cleaning solution should be determined according to the influent water quality, membrane pollutant composition, membrane component type and membrane material.

The cleaning procedure is generally washed, pickled and washed according to time.
