Screw press sludge dehydrator machine is a screw press dewatering equipment.
It can be used to effectively concentrate and dewater sludge wastewater.

Our dewatering screw press can thicken sludge water to 20% of the dry matter content of municipal sludge, and more for minerals and industrial sludge, which can provide efficient decontamination effects. Advantage one: treatment of low concentration sludge
The recommended sludge concentration is between 2000mg/L and 5000mg/L
Equipped with proprietary rotary disc pre-concentration device, it is better at dealing with low concentration sludge, improves the shortcomings of existing gravity concentration, and realizes high efficiency concentration of low concentration sludge.
The integration of flocculation and concentration is completed, and the subsequent dehydration pressure is reduced. Combined with the adjustment of the expansion valve, the slurry concentration can be adjusted to a better state of dehydration.

Under the rotating action of the screw shaft, the movable plate is continuously staggered with respect to the fixed plate, so as to realize the continuous self-cleaning process and avoid the blockage problem commonly existed in the traditional dehydrator. Therefore, the ability to resist oil pollution is strong, easy to separate and not blocked. And it's not equipped with a water cannon.
