ChengduYuanjin Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the cutting-edge ceramic research laboratory of Southwest Jiaotong University, successfully developed China's first ultra long micro nanotube ceramic membrane in June 2019 after three years of demonstration and research and development. It is an ultra long ceramic film product independently developed in China with core technology. After a year of testing, Chengdu Yuanjin Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. announced the official launch of its products on July 3, 2020.
Yuanjin ultra long micro nano tube ceramic film is made through multiple processes such as scientific formula, extrusion molding, grouting coating, and high-temperature firing. The product has a length of 1750mm, a filter membrane length of 1500mm, a diameter of 200mm, a membrane area of 15.6 ㎡, a membrane pore size of 0.1um, a membrane tap water flux of 400L/㎡/h, and a lifespan of over 5 years. This product not only has the characteristics of high precision, high strength, high throughput, high backwashing efficiency, and high cost-effectiveness, but also has the advantages of easy installation, low energy consumption, land conservation, stable operation, and no secondary pollution.
As a high-tech inorganic environmental protection material and filtration separation material, ceramic membranes have been widely used in water treatment, food processing, biopharmaceutical, metallurgical energy, petrochemical, material concentration, refining and purification, salt lake lithium extraction, seawater desalination and other fields using membrane separation technology, resulting in huge environmental, economic, and social benefits.
