The principle of RO water treatment machinery is that raw water passes through reverse osmosis system under high pressure, and the solvent in water diffuses from low concentration to high concentration to achieve the purpose of separation, purification and concentration. Reverse osmosis water treatment system can remove bacteria, viruses, colloid, organic matter and more than 99% soluble salts in water. The equipment has the characteristics of low operation cost, simple operation, high automation degree and stable effluent quality. Compared with other traditional water treatment methods, it has obvious advantages and is widely used in water treatment related industries.
Reverse Osmosis Sytem Processing:
Raw water pump → Quartz sand filter → Activated carbon filter→ Resin softener → Security filter → High-pressure pump → Reverse osmosis system →Uv sterilizer→Ozone sterilizer →Finished Water tank
1. Raw water pump: provide the pressure to silica sandfilter/active carbon filter.
2. Silica Sand filter: get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on.
3. Activated Carbon filter: Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on.
4. Water Softener: Get rid of calcium and magnesium ions in original / source water, reduce water hardness.
5. Security filter: prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
6. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to reverse osmosis system (at least 2.0 Mpa).
7. RO system-- main part of pure water treatment machinery plant. The desaltation rate upto 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacterias, particles and 98% of organic.
8. UV sterilizer -- kill some bacteria that may also pass through the reverse osmosis system.
9. Ozone sterilizer -- Use ozone Kill bacteria not killed by UV.
10. Finished water tank -- For pure water storage
